And Kimberly Wyatt has said that her victory on this year's series was down to long hours of training and her 'inspiring' husband Max Rogers.
The former Pussycat Doll, who beat celebrity rivals Rylan Clark and Sam Nixon to the crown, admitted she was shocked by her triumph in a new interview with Hello! magazine.

The 33-year-old told the publication: 'It feels totally surreal, to be honest.
'Life often takes you in unexpected directions and now MasterChef has opened up this whole amazing new world of possibilities and I'm excited to see where it takes me.'
But while her cooking skills saw her named champ, the American star revealed she was taught everything she knows by husband Max.

Optimistic: 'Life often takes you in unexpected directions and now MasterChef has opened up this whole amazing new world of possibilities and I'm excited to see where it takes me,' Kimberly told Hello! Magazine
'When you're on the road as much as I was with the Pussycat Dolls, food becomes fuel and it's hard when you're grabbing meals on the go to eat healthily and creatively but a man who can cook is a very sexy thing and Max is a great cook,' she enthused.

But it wasn't long before her model beau's love of cooking rubbed off on her since the former Got To Dance judge said his enthusiasm inevitably inspired her to get more hands-on in the kitchen.
'Over time, I found his passion for it inspiring and infectious', she added. 'We became a team in the kitchen - I was his sous chef and I learned so much from him. With that, my confidence started to grow.'
Now the pressure of Celebrity MasterChef is behind her, the Don't Cha hitmaker revealed ! she is looking forward to relaxing in the kitchen and would love to be able to pass on her skills to the couple's seven-month-old daughter, Willow.

She said: 'Baking together is something I really can't wait for.
'It's nice to be able to use my kitchen and not worry about a timer or have John (Torode) and Gregg (Wallace) looming over me yelling, "Two minutes to go".
'What you see on screen might seem like a short amount of time, but effectively you give up your life when you sign up.'
She added: 'Because I needed my "mummy time", I'd come home from filming, drop everythin! g to be with Willow until she went to bed, then be practising and pract! ising until the early hours. Some days I was lucky to get three hours' sleep.'
