Aside from winning Top Artist, Top Female Artist, Top Billboard 200 Artist and four other awards, Swift also debuted the music video for her new single 'Bad Blood'.
As she collected Top Female Artist, Swift thanked "all the girls I talk to on the Internet and we talk about your feelings and you teach me your teen slang".
Back on stage again for the Billboard Chart Achievement, she added: "Honestly, the fans - I'm obsessed with you. You guys are the reason this year has happened the way that it's happened."

Sam Smith, Pharrell Williams and Iggy Azalea came in second on the night, with three awards each.
Smith was unable to attend but delivered an acceptance speech entirely from cue cards, due to imminent vocal surgery.
"Can't wait to get this surgery out of the way so I can sing my ass off for you again," he wrote.
The singer also reached out to close friend Swift, saying: "Seeing as you guys are in Vegas, Taylor... put a 100 on black for me."
