This week saw the contestants return to their hometowns and sing three songs in a bid to survive the competition - although the results from last week's voting were saved till the end of the show.
Each singer had to perform a track chosen by season mentor Scott Borchetta, one chosen by the judges and a third chosen by themselves.
Owen sang 'Want to Want Me' by Jason Derulo, Stevie Wonder's 'As' and 'You Are So Beautiful'.
Beckham took to the stage with 'Beautiful Day' by U2, 'The Dock Of The Bay' by Otis Redding and The Weeknd's 'Earned It'.

On to Fradiani, and he sang 'Because the Night' by Bruce Springsteen, 'Back Home' by Andy Grammer and 'I'll Be', while Jax performed 'My Generation' by The Who, 'My Immortal' by Evanescence and Paramore's 'Misery Business'.
In the end, Ryan Seacrest announced that Owen would not advance to the Top 3.
American Idol will eliminate another hopeful on Tuesday (May 12), before the final head-to-head showdown on Wednesday (May 13).
