The NSFW clip follows Rihanna as she kidnaps a wealthy woman to get back what she's owed, alongside special appearances from Eric Roberts and Hannibal's Mads Mikkelsen.
In the Quentin Tarantino-esque mini-movie, we see Rihanna kidnapping and torturing a woman, smoking drugs, setting her car on fire and evading police capture.
Along with two henchwomen, the gun-toting 27-year-old popstar toys with knives and chainsaws before ending up drenched in blood in a startling final scene.
Although we're led to believe it's a woman who owes RiRi, we discover that she is merely a pawn to get at the really culprit.
Rihanna co-directed the seven minute video with Megaforce and revealed on Instagram that the idea came to her eight months ago.
"The concept for this piece came to me 8 months ago!!! So you can imagine how anxious I am right now!!!" she said.
Rihanna previewed the clip over the weekend at the BET Awards as a means to promote its official launch today (July 2).
There has been quite a wait for a music video in promotion of 'Bitch Better Have My Money', with the track having debuted way back in March.
Rihanna worked with close friend Kanye West on the track, which also features production work from WondaGurl, Travis Scott and Deputy.
The track had its live debut just three days after its release at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, before being last month.
Rihanna is expected to include the track on her highly-anticipated eighth album.
